Bad apps, unreliable!!!

Signal is good in a few minutes then become worst until no reception, why?
Reloaded apps twice but no changes, why? DZMM, DWLL, and half of am/fm stations are not working, why??? Unreliable stations when listening to local news, why??? The questions is WHY???
